Louvre

I guess this must be common feeling amongst most visitors: never felt so overwhelmed and annoyed by art.
(note: the love of art have been hammered into my head over many years, masters degree in art/art history included) I have always wished to visit the place, dreamed about visiting the place, now I hope I will never have to go back. There was no air to breath, no English language what so ever, making the experience that much more confusing, lack of public restrooms, and just too much amazing art. We gave up after six hours of browsing around.

Details of the city.

The place is beautiful. Incredible. Once you get over the trash, the smell and the lack of pubic restrooms, that is.

Paris, here we come!

We are taking mum to celebrate her birthday. Very special trip for us all. I have never been to Paris, just southern France. I am very curious, we have about five days, cramped with activities.
